International hotel group Carlson Rezidor will open its fourth hotel in Estonia next month with the Park Inn by Radisson Meriton Tallinn, strengthening the brand’s presence in Eastern Europe with 14 hotel across the Baltics. The 465-room property, formerly the Meriton Grand Conference & Spa Hotel, will seek to win travelers’ hearts though their stomachs, announcing two bars, a café, a grill and a Russian restaurant in addition to an all-day dining bistro.
Catering to leisure and business travelers alike, the hotel will offer 14 conference rooms and a 30,000 square-foot spa – the largest in the city – although the real benefit of the Park Inn by Radisson Meriton will remain its location.
Situated near Old Town Tallinn, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the property overlooks Toompea Castle, an ancient monument housing the Parliament of Estonia. Tallinn’s Old City Harbor, one of the busiest passenger ports of the Baltic Sea, is a little more than a mile away, and the international airport is just three miles away.
